Bookkeeping Tired Pricing

If your monthly average expenses are between $0 and $10,000, the monthly price is $500.

If your monthly average expenses are between $10,100 and $50,000, the monthly price is $700.

If your monthly average expenses are between $50,100 or $60,000, the monthly price is $900.

If your monthly average expenses exceed $60,100, custom pricing will apply.

Payroll processing is available for an additional fee.


Cleanup Fee

During the first month, we conduct a thorough review of your financial records to ensure a solid foundation for our services. The fee is determined by the month of sign-up and the number of months that require attention. Cleanup services are applicable only to bookkeeping records up to your last tax filing.

Please note that you must have filed your business's prior tax return and provide a copy of that return before we can initiate cleanup services. We cannot begin the cleanup process until all required supporting documentation is received, which will be requested during your initial meeting.

Once all necessary documentation is provided, our team typically completes the cleanup process within 30 days.


First Months Service

The services provided during the first month are as follows, as applicable: update bookkeeping based on the information you provide; connect bank and credit card accounts; categorize and update transactions up to the last tax-filing date; reconcile bank and credit card accounts with past statements provided by you; reconcile remaining balance sheet accounts; and generate a summary report of work completed, including the balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the year-to-date cleanup period(s).
